MULTI-CREW COOPERATION INSTRUCTOR (MCCi) - The EASA MCCi rating entitles the rating holder to instruct a student to the level required for the issue of a Certificate of Completion of an MCC course including MCC theoretical knowledge instruction.
The ground school module includes 25 hours of teaching and learning (not required for current or previous holders of an FI, CRI, SFI, IRI or TRI rating) and 5 hours of MCC technical theoretical knowledge instruction. Technical knowledge instruction includes training associated with the simulator to be used for MCC training (FNPT II MCC).
Simulator flight instruction includes supervised MCC instruction of two 2-hour MCC training simulator sessions, with a 1-hour pre-brief and 1-hour post-brief for each session. The MCCi session is conducted by the MCCi candidate under the supervision of an instructor. The course is completed in 2 days.
Hold an EASA CPL(A), MPL(A) or ATPL(A) in the appropriate aircraft category
Minimum age 18 years
Have completed at least 1500 hours of flying experience as a pilot on multi-crew aeroplanes
