CLASS RATING INSTRUCTOR (CRI) - The EASA Class Rating Instructor (CRI) rating entitles the rating holder to instruct a student to the level required for the issue of a multi-engine piston (MEP) rating including MEP theoretical knowledge instruction. The course includes 25 hours of teaching and learning (not required for holders of an FI rating), 10 hours of theoretical technical instruction, and 5 hours of flying training, and can be completed in 1 week.
PRE-ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Hold an EASA CPL(A) and Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) rating
Minimum age 18 years
Have completed at least 15 hours of flight time on MEP aeroplanes
Have completed at least 500 hours of flight as pilot-in-command of aeroplanes
Have completed at least 30 hours of flight on MEP aircraft as pilot-in-command
